Create a Browser Profile in Apple Safari (Mac)

This user guide shows you how to create a dedicated browser profile for CHES work. Using a separate profile keeps your CHES bookmarks, browsing history and saved sign-ins together, while keeping them separate from your base school or personal browsing.

1. Open Safari
2. In the top menu, click

   Safari → Settings (or Preferences)

3. Go to the Profiles tab

4. Click "Start Using Profiles" (if first time)

5. Click "+" (Add Profile)

6. Set:

   Profile Name → CHES Work

   Choose a colour/icon (optional)

7. Click Create Profile
