Presentation Mode


Presentation Mode allows you to share content with students within the classroom on the two displays at the front of the room.


Step 1: Turn on Presentation Mode

Push the "PRES MODE" button on the touch panel





Step 2: Connect your device

Wirelessly connect to display using Vivi: GUIDE FOR CONNECTING TO VIVI HERE


Note:

If Vivi is not working, please request a HDMI or USB-C cable from the IT Department



Step 3: Disconnect from Presentation Mode

Once you have finished using the display, disconnect any connections you have and turn off the displays




Class Mode


Class Mode allows you to use the PC in the collaboration rooms to use the Class software to start a hybrid lesson for your students. In Class Mode, all 4 displays in the Collaboration Room are utilised with class content being shared on wall TV's, Remote Gallery of students displayed on Trolley TV and Class software being controlled from the Monitor display.


Step 1: Turn on Class Mode

Push the "CLASS MODE"  button on the touch panel


Note:

The Wall TVs and Trolley TV will be blank until you sign into the computer (see step 2 below)





Step 2: Log into PC and launch Class

Log into the Classroom PC with your CHES account details and launch the Class application

Step 3: Disconnect from Class Mode

Once you have finished your class log out of the PC and turn off the displays




Zoom Mode


Zoom Mode allows you to run a remote class using Zoom. Zoom mode utilises the three displays in the Collaboration rooms by allowing the teacher to share content to the wall TV's and interacting with remote students through the Trolley TV.


Step 1: Turn on Zoom Mode

Push the "ZOOM MODE"  button on the touch panel




Step 2: Start Zoom session

Find your scheduled Zoom session on the Zoom touch panel and tap Start.



Step 3: Disconnect from Zoom Mode

Once you have ended your Zoom session you can turn off the displays




Volume Control

When adjusted you will see a blue volume bar which indicates the volume level. Additionally you can mute whichever source you are on by pressing the "<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" height="24px" viewBox="0 -960 960 960" width="24px" fill="#5f6368"><path d="M792-56 671-177q-25 16-53 27.5T560-131v-82q14-5 27.5-10t25.5-12L480-368v208L280-360H120v-240h128L56-792l56-56 736 736-56 56Zm-8-232-58-58q17-31 25.5-65t8.5-70q0-94-55-168T560-749v-82q124 28 202 125.5T840-481q0 53-14.5 102T784-288ZM650-422l-90-90v-130q47 22 73.5 66t26.5 96q0 15-2.5 29.5T650-422ZM480-592 376-696l104-104v208Zm-80 238v-94l-72-72H200v80h114l86 86Zm-36-130Z"></path></svg>" button on the touch panel, the mute button will appear blue to indicate speakers are muted





Muting Microphones


You can mute any of the microphones in the Collaboration Rooms by pressing "CEIL MUTE" or "LAPEL MUTE" buttons. When mute buttons are pressed they will be highlighted blue which indicates that it is muted





Turn off all displays


Turn off display by pressing the "" icon
